What kind of businesses do you work with?
I work with real-world small businesses — the kind that serve families, communities, and local neighbourhoods. Think health clinics, tutors, music schools, boutique grocers, makers (market vendors) and service providers. My clients tend to be mostly off-line but a little bit online too! Whilst I am based here in Milton, GTA my clients have reached into America and all the way over in Melbourne, Australia! My clients are passionate about what they do, want to do things ethically and we always have a good time.
What services do you offer?
I help you lay the right marketing foundations, create a clear plan, and do the right work at the right time. That might include brand strategy, messaging, social media planning, local SEO, Google Ads, website guidance, or content ideas. I have a team of trusted people on hand OR I point you in the right direction of a trusted person to get you the right help.
Why are you so so focussed on Strategy?
Because tactics without strategy waste your time and money.
You can post every day, run Google Ads, build a shiny new website or get a brand new logo - but if you’re not clear on who you’re speaking to, what you’re offering, and why it matters, none of it will stick.
Strategy also gives you focus. It makes sure every dollar and every hour is actually working for your business. That’s why I always start with strategy — so the rest of your marketing isn’t just spaghetti throwing.
What do you mean by “middle” marketing
The “middle” of marketing is the space between someone discovering you and deciding to work with you. It’s where trust is built, questions are answered, and people start to feel confident choosing you. Many businesses focus heavily on getting attention (social posts, ads, SEO) but don’t have enough in place to nurture that interest once it’s there. Middle-of-marketing work looks at how your messaging, content, website, emails, and offers guide people from interested to ready — so fewer leads fall through the cracks and your marketing starts working together, not in isolation.
Do you have a course I can join?
No, I work 1:1. And that’s really important because your needs are so unique to you- I can’t fit you into a box.

Do you offer one-off sessions or long-term packages?
I have three packages you can choose from. A 10 day marketing re-set, a 6 week marketing accelerator - we’re we dig a bit deeper. And a 6 month growth blueprint. The best thing to do it book a call with me and we can see what it is you need to get you moving forward and how I could help!
Can you manage my social media?
Not in the day-to-day posting sense - let’s leave that toe the pro’s! But I can create a custom strategy, build a content plan, and give you templates, ideas and training to make things easier (or work with you or your SMM to get it sorted).
What makes you different from other marketing consultants?
I started marketing in 2001 and have worked in MOST industries across that time. Unlike most digital marketers, I have experience across all marketing - television campaigns, billboard, publicity, event management and now digital marketing. So I will look at your whole marketing eco-system helping you connect the dots & figure out your priorities.
What’s your process?
We always start with a clarity call, I want to figure out what the issues are, where you need the help and if it is me that you need to work with! If you choose to work with me, you’ll fill out an onboarding questionnaire & then we’ll do a kick of session. I am very hands on and I see myself as your marketing partner for the duration of our contract.
Do you work with charities?
Yes! But I do not currently have space for additional pro-bono work.
