"Working with Monica has been a breath of fresh air. She has helped me define my customer, overall brand and marketing goals, and identify areas to grow and focus on. She has continually challenged me to re-think what I thought my brand stood for and has helped me to develop a new and interesting plan which will help me be consistent and help the business grow. I look forward to a continuing partnership",

EJ Walker, TipToe Music, GTA, Canada.

“I refreshed my website with a template, and it looked good visually, but didn't explain I was different from every other photographer. My messaging was so generic. Monica helped me nail my uniqueness, my ideal client and speak directly to her in my copy. She pointed me to others who helped with the web design work on my new copy. I went from hardly any inquiries to one of my busiest months with bookings” - Margot Daley

The client: Margot Daley Photography

The brief: Margot had just updated her website with new templates, but instead of a fresh start she hit a wall - her traffic dropped to zero and her leads had dried up. For the first time, she wasn’t getting inquiries, and her confidence was taking a hit.

Work completed:

  • Brand workshop

  • Update of practitioner stories on website

  • Google Ads set up

  • Google Business Profile audit

  • Valuable insights from both patients and practitioners

  • Clear next steps to improve the overall patient experience

"I'm doing the brand workshop with Monica and it's awesome. We've had our business for over a decade and I wish we had done it sooner, Monica is a natural at figuring out what's worth putting energy towards and we always finish the sessions really inspired about our business and with practical steps for not only marketing but fostering the culture we love" , David Dwyer, The Dangerous Kitchen Restaurant, New Zealand

  • Ideal customer clarity

  • Business naming

  • Designer brief

  • Founder support

Working with Monica was such a grounding experience. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in her clients. The brand story workshop helped me clearly identify my ideal customer, articulate my story, and even land on a business name that truly fits. I walked away feeling confident, supported, and excited about my brand in a way I hadn’t before.

Kim Vargo, Systems Strategist

Working with Monica Hoffman has been such a game-changer. I recently designed a website for one of my clients using the brand story Monica created for them, and it made the entire process incredibly easy, smooth, and streamlined. Having that level of clarity and direction on messaging meant I could skip all the back-and-forth and go straight into designing a website that actually felt aligned with the brand’s voice and personality.

I highly recommend her services — especially for anyone in the design or creative space. Honestly, every web designer should either be using her directly or referring their clients to her. It’s one of those investments that pays for itself in time saved, quality elevated, and client results improved. Monica is the real deal!

Stella, Wild Elle Collective (designer)

The client: Liams Mission

The brief: Deana came in with a powerful mission and big ideas, but needed clarity on how to translate that into marketing that worked. Together, we turned those ideas into a clear strategy, consistent campaigns, and messaging that connects with the right people — while making sure she felt supported every step of the way.

Work completed:

  • Sponsorship Strategy

  • Campaign ideas + direction

  • Messaging

  • Proposal support

  • Founder support

Working with Monica Hoffman has been one of the best decisions for Liam’s Mission. She isn’t just a marketing strategist—she’s a true partner who shows up with heart, vision, and consistency. Monica has this incredible ability to take our big ideas and turn them into clear strategies that actually work, making sure our message always connects with the right people.

What stands out the most is how supported I feel. Monica is always there—whether it’s brainstorming creative campaigns, refining proposals, or simply being a steady voice of encouragement. She makes me feel like I’m never doing this alone, and that level of care and commitment is priceless.

Because of her guidance, our campaigns don’t just look good—they create real impact. Monica truly understands our mission and amplifies it in ways I never thought possible. She’s reliable, professional, and deeply invested in seeing us succeed. I couldn’t imagine navigating this journey without her support.
